A high degree of repetitive accuracy in sheet metal fabrication is achieved by using specialized equipment, CNC metal forming machines. The raw material used is prime quality, corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel or Crca-steel for enhanced life of the product. The equipment used for processing the steel includes CNC machines such as Finnpower Turret Punch Press, a Hindustan hydraulic press-brake. All these allow for high quality fabrication within tight tolerances. Our Metal Fabrication shop uses a combination of CNC Punch Fabrication, Press Brakes, Metal Stamping Presses and Certified Welding and Machining for the fabrication a wide variety of metal parts out of extreme precision. In order to manufacture a sheet metal component, customer supplied information and drawings must be translated into machine code. Many variables must be taken into account to successfully convert a customer drawing into a finished part. Many times, a part can not be economically manufactured as drawn or with customer provided information only. So we use the latest 2D and 3D CAD technology available with us, which aids in the process. In most cases a design can be optimized for manufacturing through the use of 3D modeling techniques, reducing manufacturing labor and material
